CVSS v3.1 |
Duende.AccessTokenManagement.OpenIdConnect is a set of .NET libraries that manage OAuth and OpenId Connect access tokens. HTTP Clients created by `AddUserAccessTokenHttpClient` may use a different user's access token after a token refresh occurs. This occurs because a refreshed token will be captured in pooled `HttpClient` instances, which may be used by a different user. Instead of using `AddUserAccessTokenHttpClient` to create an `HttpClient` that automatically adds a managed token to outgoing requests, you can use the `HttpConext.GetUserAccessTokenAsync` extension method or the `IUserTokenManagementService.GetAccessTokenAsync` method. This issue is fixed in Duende.AccessTokenManagement.OpenIdConnect 3.0.1. All users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
Incorrect Default Permissions vulnerability in Hitachi Storage Provider for VMware vCenter allows local users to read and write specific files. This issue affects Hitachi Storage Provider for VMware vCenter: from 3.1.0 before 3.7.4.
Ceph is a distributed object, block, and file storage platform. In versions 17.2.7, 18.2.1 through 18.2.4, and 19.0.0 through 19.2.2, an unprivileged user can escalate to root privileges in a ceph-fuse mounted CephFS by chmod 777 a directory owned by root to gain access. The result of this is that a user could read, write and execute to any directory owned by root as long as they chmod 777 it. This impacts confidentiality, integrity, and availability. It is patched in versions 17.2.8, 18.2.5, and 19.2.3.
Multiple SEIKO EPSON printer drivers for Windows OS are configured with an improper access permission settings when installed or used in a language other than English. If a user is directed to place a crafted DLL file in a location of an attacker's choosing, the attacker may execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privilege on a Windows system on which the printer driver is installed.
The Datadog Agent collects events and metrics from hosts and sends them to Datadog. A vulnerability within the Datadog Linux Host Agent versions 7.65.0 through 7.70.2 exists due to insufficient permissions being set on the `opt/datadog-agent/python-scripts/__pycache__` directory during installation. Code in this directory is only run by the Agent during Agent install/upgrades. This could allow an attacker with local access to modify files in this directory, which would then subsequently be run when the Agent is upgraded, resulting in local privilege escalation. This issue requires local access to the host and a valid low privilege account to be vulnerable. Note that this vulnerability only impacts the Linux Host Agent. Other variations of the Agent including the container, kubernetes, windows host and other agents are not impacted. Version 7.71.0 contains a patch for the issue.
Omnissa Horizon Client for macOS contains a Local privilege escalation (LPE) Vulnerability due to a flaw in the installation process. Successful exploitation of this issue may allow attackers with user privileges to escalate their privileges to root on the system where the Horizon Client for macOS is installed.
The Mac App Store distribution of the Canva for Mac desktop app before 1.117.1 was built without Hardened Runtime. A local threat actor with unprivileged access could execute arbitrary code that inherits the TCC (Transparency, Consent, and Control) permissions assigned to Canva.
A Privilege Escalation issue in the inter-process communication procedure from GOG Galaxy (Beta) 2.0.67.2 through v2.0.71.2 allows authentictaed users to change the DACL of arbitrary system directories to include Everyone full control permissions by modifying the FixDirectoryPrivileges instruction parameters sent from GalaxyClient.exe to GalaxyClientService.exe.
A security issue was discovered in Kubernetes clusters with Windows nodes where BUILTIN\Users may be able to read container logs and NT AUTHORITY\Authenticated Users may be able to modify container logs.
Local privilege escalation due to insecure file permissions. The following products are affected: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud Agent (Windows) before build 40077.
Trimble TM4Web 22.2.0 allows unauthenticated attackers to access /inc/tm_ajax.msw?func=UserfromUUID&uuid= to retrieve the last registration access code and use this access code to register a valid account. via a PUT /inc/tm_ajax.msw request. If the access code was used to create an Administrator account, attackers are also able to register new Administrator accounts with full privileges.
Path Traversal: 'dir/../../filename' vulnerability in Yordam Information Technology Consulting Education and Electrical Systems Industry Trade Inc. Yordam Katalog allows Path Traversal. This issue affects Yordam Katalog: before 21.7.
Windows permissions for ASPECT configuration toolsets are not fully secured allow-ing exposure of configuration informationThis issue affects ASPECT-Enterprise: through 3.*; NEXUS Series: through 3.*; MATRIX Series: through 3.*.
A Local privilege escalation vulnerability found in a Self-Hosted UniFi Network Server with UniFi Network Application (Version 8.4.62 and earlier) allows a malicious actor with a local operational system user to execute high privilege actions on UniFi Network Server.
In PRIMX ZED Enterprise up to 2024.3, technical files stored in local folders with common user access can be manipulated to render the host computer unavailable or to execute programs with an elevation of privilege.
Under heavy system utilization a random race condition can occur during authentication or token refresh operation. This flaw allows one user to be granted a token intended for another user, resulting in impersonation until the session is ended. This flaw cannot be intentionally exploited due to the required concurring action by two users. However, if the event occurs a user would be inadvertently exposed to another user’s system rights and data access.
A vulnerability related to registry permissions in the Intercept X for Windows updater prior to Core Agent version 2024.3.2 can lead to a local user gaining SYSTEM level privileges during a product upgrade.
The NetCloud Exchange client for Windows, version 1.110.50, contains an insecure file and folder permissions vulnerability. A normal (non-admin) user could exploit the weakness in file and folder permissions to escalate privileges, execute arbitrary code and maintain persistence on the compromised machine. It has been identified that full control permissions exist on the ‘Everyone’ group (i.e. any user who has local access to the operating system regardless of their privileges).
A vulnerability in Jamf Pro's Jamf Remote Assist tool allows a local, non-privileged user to escalate their privileges to root on MacOS systems.
Incorrect default permissions in some Intel Unite(R) Client Extended Display Plugin software installers before version 1.1.352.157 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
