CVSS v3.1 |
| A memory disclosure vulnerability was identified in Elasticsearch 7.10.0 to 7.13.3 error reporting. A user with the ability to submit arbitrary queries to Elasticsearch could submit a malformed query that would result in an error message returned containing previously used portions of a data buffer. This buffer could contain sensitive information such as Elasticsearch documents or authentication details. |
| IBM EntireX 11.1 could allow a local user to obtain sensitive information when a detailed technical error message is returned. This information could be used in further attacks against the system. |

| IBM Cognos Controller 11.0.0 through 11.0.1 and IBM Controller 11.1.0 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information when a stack trace is returned in the browser. |

| IBM MQ 9.3 LTS, 9.3 CD, 9.4 LTS, and 9.4 CD web console could allow a local user to obtain sensitive information when a detailed technical error message is returned. |
| In HotelDruid 3.0.7, an unauthenticated attacker can exploit verbose SQL error messages on creadb.php before the 'create database' button is pressed. By sending malformed POST requests to this endpoint, the attacker may obtain the administrator username, password hash, and salt. In some cases, the attack results in a Denial of Service (DoS), preventing the administrator from logging in even with the correct credentials. |
| HCL DRYiCE MyXalytics is impacted by an improper error handling vulnerability. The application returns detailed error messages that can provide an attacker with insight into the application, system, etc.
|
| In Rapid Software LLC's Rapid SCADA versions prior to Version 5.8.4, the affected product responds back with an error message containing sensitive data if it receives a specific malformed request.

| A Missing Authentication for Critical Function vulnerability combined with a Generation of Error Message Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in J-Web of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series and EX Series allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to access sensitive system information.
When a user logs in, a temporary file which contains the configuration of the device (as visible to that user) is created in the /cache folder. An unauthenticated attacker can then attempt to access such a file by sending a specific request to the device trying to guess the name of such a file. Successful exploitation will reveal configuration information.
This issue affects Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series and EX Series:
* All versions earlier than 20.4R3-S9;
* 21.2 versions earlier than 21.2R3-S7;
* 21.3 versions earlier than 21.3R3-S5;
* 21.4 versions earlier than 21.4R3-S6;
* 22.1 versions earlier than 22.1R3-S5;
* 22.2 versions earlier than 22.2R3-S3;
* 22.3 versions earlier than 22.3R3-S2;
* 22.4 versions earlier than 22.4R3;
* 23.2 versions earlier than 23.2R1-S2, 23.2R2.

| HCL BigFix Compliance is vulnerable to the generation of error messages containing sensitive information. Detailed error messages can provide enticement information or expose information about its environment, users, or associated data. |
| A flaw was found in the util-linux chfn and chsh utilities when compiled with Readline support. The Readline library uses an "INPUTRC" environment variable to get a path to the library config file. When the library cannot parse the specified file, it prints an error message containing data from the file. This flaw allows an unprivileged user to read root-owned files, potentially leading to privilege escalation. This flaw affects util-linux versions prior to 2.37.4. |
| Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes. A vulnerability was discovered in Argo CD that exposed secret values in error messages and the diff view when an invalid Kubernetes Secret resource was synced from a repository. The vulnerability assumes the user has write access to the repository and can exploit it, either intentionally or unintentionally, by committing an invalid Secret to repository and triggering a Sync. Once exploited, any user with read access to Argo CD can view the exposed secret data. The vulnerability is fixed in v2.13.4, v2.12.10, and v2.11.13. |
